About RV CASTING

We began our journey in 1998 as an automotive sector foundry under the name R V Engineering. Over the years, we gradually diversified into the Power and Railway sectors, establishing ourselves as one of the leading small foundries in North India. In July 2011, we officially incorporated our status as a Private Limited Company. Our facility is located at Piyala Village, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, spread over a total area of 10,000 sq. yards, with a working area of 6,300 sq. yards. We have a team of 150 well-qualified employees who contribute to the company’s consistent growth and excellence. We are proud to be ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2004 and ISO 14000:2015 certified since January 2014, reflecting our commitment to quality and environmental standards.

DUCTILE IRON:

SG Iron, IS 1865-1991 400/18, 500/7, 600/3, 700/2, 800/2 etc. or Parallel grade in ASTM A536, Din. 1693, BS 52789, JIS G5502 , GGG-40 etc.

  • Austenitic Ductile Iron – ASTM A 439 or Parallel grade equivalent to BS 3468, DIN 1693, JIS G5510 ,GGG-NiMn-13-7.
  • Ni- Resist Ductile Iron – ASTM – A571 or parallel grades equivalent to BS 3468, DIN 1694, JIS G5510.
  • Alloy Cast Iron, Ni – Hard ( ASTM A 532 ).

STEELS:

  • IS 1030 All Grades or parallel grade equivalent to ASTM – A148, JIS G7821,Stg-20S etc.
  • IS 2708 All Grade or parallel grade equivalent to BS 3146-1, DIN EN 10213.
