Sand Mixing, Testing, and Reclamation
At R V Casting and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., our precise sand mixing process ensures uniform consistency and optimal moulding properties for every casting. Each batch of sand is rigorously tested in our fully equipped sand testing laboratory, where key parameters such as permeability, moisture, and strength are carefully monitored to achieve superior mould quality and casting performance.
CNC Pattern Making Facility
At R V Casting and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., we maintain an extensive in-house pattern library of over 2,500 patterns, enabling quick turnaround and repeatability in production. Our CNC pattern making facility is equipped with advanced machinery that ensures high dimensional accuracy, consistency, and superior surface finish.

Plant I:
- Green Sand Moulding (Disa Arpha 900 Jolt Squeeze, 10–100 kg)
- Shell Moulding (10–40 kg)
- No Bake Moulding (10 Tons/hr) for 100–15000 kg
- CO₂ Hand Moulding (100–15000 kg)
Plant II:
- Vacuum Moulding (Box 3000×1900×1000mm)
- No Bake Moulding (30 Tons/hr)
Heat Treatment Furnace
At R V Casting and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., we offer cutting-edge heat treatment capabilities designed to enhance the mechanical properties and durability of our castings. Our state-of-the-art, gas-fired, fully automatic furnaces are controlled through advanced PLC systems, ensuring precise temperature regulation and uniform heating throughout every cycle.
- Furnace 1: 5 × 3.5 × 2.5 m – Capacity: 15 MT
- Furnace 2: 2.5 × 2 × 1.5 m – Capacity: 5 MT
- Furnace 3: 6 × 3.5 × 2.5 m – Capacity: 20 MT
Automated Fettling Shop
At R V Casting and Engineering Pvt. Ltd., we have implemented advanced automation in our fettling shop through the use of precision manipulators and modern equipment. This integration significantly reduces manual intervention, enhances operator safety, and ensures uniform finishing quality across all castings.
Our automated fettling system not only improves productivity and consistency but also upholds our commitment to safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing practices.
Machine Shop
Our well-equipped machine shop features 20+ Vertical Turning Lathes, 15+ Plano Millers, and Special Purpose Machines among others, enabling us to handle diverse machining requirements with our in-house setup.
