Building upon our strong foundation in the casting industry since 1998, R V Casting and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as a reliable partner to the power generation sector. Our entry into the power casting segment in 2004 marked a major milestone, as we began supplying precision-engineered components to leading power equipment manufacturers such as BHEL, Siemens, and GE Power.
Our power plant castings are manufactured using high-grade alloy steels, stainless steels, and heat-resistant materials that can withstand high temperatures, pressure variations, and cyclic stresses typically encountered in turbine and boiler operations.
We specialize in producing critical and complex components such as:
- Turbine Casings – G17CrMo5-5, G17CrMoV5-10 (1200–4500 Kg)
- Turbine Shell Casings – GGG 40 (up to 10,000 Kg)
- Bearing Pedestals – GGG 40 (3500–7500 Kg)
- Guide Valves, Runner Bands, and Runner Crowns – ASTM 743 CA6NM
- Baffle Ring Segments – GGG NiMn 13-7 (180 Kg)
